Woman Who Spent Thousands Of Dollars To Look Like Kim Kardashian Is Trying To Go Back To Her Old Self. Why are so many celebrities starting to look like a Kardashian?
The Brazilian model, who spent thousands of dollars and underwent countless surgeries to look like Kim Kardashian, is currently trying to regain her old face.
29-year-old model Jennifer Pamplona had undergone numerous surgeries over seven years to transform into Kim Kardashian.
Jennifer Pamplona spent 100,000 euros to look like Kim Kardashian. But now she will go under the knife again to look like her natural self again.
‘I was happy to have this Kardashian look, it saved me money and I enjoyed life. I was happy, but now I just want to be recognized for who I really am. People used to call me the Kardashian. It was nice at first, but then it started to get frustrating. I worked, studied and became a business woman.’
“I had done all this and all these achievements in my personal life, but all I did was be known for looking like a Kardashian.”
The Brazilian-born model earns money as a Kardashian-like to finance her life in Dubai. Jennifer also has her own cosmetics company and investments.
“Being like the Kardashians has clouded my own achievements. I don’t want to be someone else’s shadow.”
Jennifer had her first plastic surgery at the age of 17. That’s when his obsession with surgery, which he claims to be addicted to, began.
‘I never intended to look like a Kardashian. But when people made this comparison, I took the opportunity. That’s how I gained fame and money.’
When did Kim Kardashian have plastic surgery?
A corrective specialist with MYA told Mirror Kim might have had butt infusions, nose work, numerous bosom improvements (one in the early times of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and one more around Season 12), liposuction and laser hair expulsion on her hairline.
The former Versace model found a surgeon in Istanbul willing to completely change her face.
On her journey to stop looking like a member of the famous family, Jennifer has had a face and neck lift, cheek fat removal, cat eye surgery, lip lift and rhinoplasty in one operation.
‘Of all the surgeries I’ve undergone, this has been the most difficult. I entered the operating room as one person, and came out as another.’
“When I first saw myself I was like, ‘Wow, is that really me?’ I thought. There was a new me in the mirror.”
‘Though the after effects of the surgery have not been good at all. It’s not the first time I’ve been in this situation, but this time I suffered the most. My left eye wouldn’t close from cat eye surgery and I panicked, I thought I was going blind. My surgery turned into a nightmare. I couldn’t even move my face, I know it’s a big operation, but it is shared on social media like a normal surgery. It took me seven years to understand the different operations. I have the knowledge to know these processes and risks.’
Jennifer is now working on a documentary in August called ‘Addiction,’ which highlights facts about surgical addictions she believes will shock audiences.
Jennifer claims she’s caught in a cycle of believing that more surgery is tantamount to money and fame, and that it makes her lose control of everything. Jennifer says her obsession with surgery causes body dysmorphia, and she wishes she’d known about her problems sooner.
‘I discovered I was addicted to surgery and I wasn’t happy. I was getting fillers on my face as easily as going to the grocery store. It’s crazy and it needs to change.’
Jennifer spent a month alone in Turkey to recover from procedures that left her face sore and infected.
‘I was bleeding a lot from my cheeks and it continued for three days. I was very afraid that I would have sepsis. But the best feeling was knowing that I was no longer at war with myself. I was now the person I wanted to be and now I truly understand the meaning of life. This surgery was a very difficult moment in my life, I don’t want people to think my life is a joke. I want to help people and inspire them.’
“People who look up to me need to know that there is a dark side to my life. I carry a lot of responsibility, especially for my family and my fans.”
‘I will continue to be honest and show the good and the bad. I don’t filter anything, I’m honest and I feel like I can help a lot of people with my life story.’
