Trailer of the Netflix Series “Selena”!
“Selena: The Series”, a biographical drama about famous Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla, will be released on Netflix this December. “The Walking Dead” star Christian Serratos will play the singer who was shot and killed on March 31, 1995, a few days before his 24th birthday. The Netflix series will tell about his childhood and his rapid rise to fame, as well as the difficult decisions he and his family had to make to advance their music career. Netflix released a trailer for “Selena: The Series” on Tuesday morning announcing its premiere on the streaming platform on December 4.
The black-and-white teaser shows Selena on stage singing the song “Como La Flor” played in the background by Abraham Quintanilla (Ricardo Chavira). Abraham; “Do you trust your dad? If you keep working, you’ll get everything pays off. Just watch. And when I saw you on that scene, you were still like my six-year-old girl singing in our backyard.” says.
The cast of Selena:
Among the cast are Madison Taylor Baez as Selena at a young age, Seidy Lopez as Marcella Quintanilla, her brother A.B. Gabriel Cavarria as Quintanilla and Noemi Gonzalez as his sister Suzette Quintanilla. The rest of the cast includes Julio Macias, Jesse Posey, Hunter Reese Pena, Carlos Alfredo Jr., Paul Rodriguez, Erika Buenfil, and David Fernandez Jr.

Selena: The drama’s debut in December
As the introduction of Selena: The Series in December inches nearer, Netflix has delivered the show’s first official trailer. The Walking Dead entertainer Christian Serratos depicts Selena Quintanilla Perez, the Queen of Tejano Music, on the nine-scene bio-dramatization set to debut on Dec. 4.
Quintanilla Perez was a top-selling Mexican-American artist who was killed by fan club president Yolanda Saldivar in 1995, barely short of her 24th birthday celebration.
