Maggie Rawlins, the hot nurse of the modeling world
Maggie Rawlins, 28, was working at a medical center in New York at the height of the coronavirus outbreak last spring.
A model working “on the front line” to fight the coronavirus appeared at the last photo shoot with Sports Illustrated.
Working as a registered nurse, Rawlins modeled for lingerie brand Intimissimi and even appeared on the front covers of Elle Croatia in October.
Rawlins has now spoken about the “obstacles” she encountered when she was offered to pose for Sports Illustrated last year.
The beautiful model told the New York Post: “I was working in Los Angeles and I booked a flight back [to South Carolina] thinking it would take about a month.
“I had a skill as a nurse, and it was more of a responsibility in my eyes than anything else.”
Maggie claims that her colleagues and patients at that time were unaware of her day-to-day work, but that wouldn’t be such a problem, according to her, even if they did.
She started her model career at a young age but always wanted to be a nurse like her grandmother. After finishing school, she was working as a hematology oncology nurse when a modeling agency reached her.
“At first I thought it was a bit of a scam, but my nursing manager suggested that I do it.” She told me to keep my license active and always return if I didn’t like it. ”
She maintained her status as a volunteer to OneWorld Health and traveling to countries in Africa to work as a triage nurse.
But in December, Maggie received a call to pose for the prestigious bikini magazine: “I didn’t even know I was on SI’s radar. I received a phone call from my representative saying I was ready for this.”
“Two hours later, my agent said, ‘You are approved for Sports Illustrated and you will be shooting in three weeks.'”
It was then that the times began when Maggie needed to get in shape quickly, doing lots of pilates and exercise at home, and that’s where she got.
