Scottie Pippen announced his son’s death with a statement he made on his social media account.

Scottie did not reveal the cause of death of 33-year-old Antron, but asked fans to pray for his family.

“Heartbroken I share this, I said goodbye to my first son Antron. We both shared the love of basketball and gave countless talks about the game. Antron was suffering from chronic asthma and I really believed he would go to the NBA if he wasn’t sick. He never let the illness upset him. Antron remained positive.” She worked hard and I’m proud of her. A kind heart and a beautiful soul are gone too soon. I love you son, stay in peace until we meet again. ”

Born to Scottie and Karen McCollum, Antron Pippen played basketball at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU).

The NBA corridor of famer didn’t uncover a reason for death, yet said Antron experienced asthma. He was Pippen’s just child with his first spouse, Karen McCollum.

“Antron experienced persistent asthma and in the event that he hadn’t had it, I really accept he would’ve made it to the NBA,” Pippen composed. “He never let that get him down, however – Antron remained positive and buckled down, and I am so pleased with the man that he became. I love you, child, relax until we meet once more.”

Antron acquired his dad’s athletic capacity and played school b-ball for Texas A&M International University. He was living and working in Atlanta at the hour of his demise.

Antron is the second of Pippen’s eight youngsters to have kicked the bucket. One of his girls, Tyler, passed on nine days after her introduction to the world in 1994.
