Paul Duncan, Former Notre Dame Star And NFL Player, Dead at 35

Paul Duncan, a previous Notre Dame hostile lineman who momentarily joined the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free specialist, kicked the bucket on July 16. He was 35.

His better half, Ellen Duncan, affirmed his passing in an Instagram post soon thereafter.

“Paul went into heart failure while on a disagreement our area,” she composed. “Today he was articulated mind dead. We will have a clinical assessment to figure out reason for death.”

“His body will be given to individuals needing organs and to clinical examination,” Ellen Duncan added.

The clinical analyst’s office in DeKalb County, Georgia, said that Duncan’s demise is being scrutinized, E! News detailed Saturday.

“Dillon and Sloane adored Paul’s offhand dance parties in the kitchen and his undertakings with them in the water, whether it was at the lake with family or at the pool with companions,” the tribute said.

“Until his last day, he was a dad, child, spouse, and sibling who valued great energetic contest and games, from Euchre to Scrabble. Notwithstanding who won, he wanted to end the day by kicking up his feet and smoking a stogie to commend the happy minutes that were constants in his day to day existence,” the obit said.

Duncan played school football at Notre Dame from 2005 to 2009, as indicated by the Broncos Wire.

He played 12 games as a senior prior to entering the NFL draft. He went undrafted in 2010 and endorsed with the Broncos as a free specialist. He played no standard season games in the NFL during his concise stretch.

The Notre Dame football crew grieved his passing in a tweet:

“Our requests go out to the loved ones of Paul Duncan. An extraordinary colleague, however more critically a caring spouse and father,” the tweet said.
