Upton, a mother of one child and wife of baseball player Justin Verlander, rarely posts photos of her in a swimsuit, but she has posted a stunning new swimsuit photo of herself lounging in the outdoor pool. David Kirsch, one of Upton’s personal trainers, revealed some of the model’s diet and exercise secrets to ELLE. When it comes to Upton’s diet, Kirsch says she cut a few key foods and was inspired by a gluten-free diet. “We avoid sugar, alcohol, and processed carbohydrates. I don’t specifically follow him on a gluten-free diet, but the nature of what he eats is gluten-free.”
She avoids gluten, doesn’t use sugar much and says she starts exercising often.

Kirsch also downvoted Upton’s fitness routine to ELLE. “We do extreme, intense circuit training,” she said. “We do three or four circuits and switch them up a lot. There’s a lot of core, butt, and thigh shaping and toning. We work with resistance bands, stability balls, we do lateral lunges for the inner thighs, and we box for the arms. We have our own boxing gloves and She’s going to beat me up. She loves it! It’s such an effective way to train and do cardio.”
My Body Is Still Vigorous
Although Upton seems to have the perfect body and weight, he says he doesn’t exercise to reach a certain number on the scale. She even told Yahoo Style that she doesn’t even have scales and that she sets goals where she’s happy with her body. “I’m not trying to fit a number on a scale,” he says. “Whenever I’m happy, I try to keep it. I don’t need a number.”
She’s a hardcore tennis player and manages to break a sweat on the fun part of the court. As fit as ever, Kate is a mother and puts her career on the back burner. However, millions of fans often say that they do not want to lose a model.
Upton’s other coach, Ben Bruno, called E! News _ Praises Upton’s work ethic and persistence. “Her progress is amazing. She’s training more than any client I’ve ever had. I’ve trained a lot of athletes and Kate trains as hard as anyone. She’s very dedicated, works hard and the other part is that kind of thing.” What goes hand in hand with what we do at the gym is keeping her eating on track. He is very disciplined about eating. He’s great at limiting sugar.”
Bruno expressed that while Upton practices good eating habits, she won’t hesitate enjoy every so often. He says that she lives it up on occasion, yet consistently returns to practicing good eating habits. “She eats very well more often than not. Here and there she goes a little overboard and when she does she simply gets back and continues onward. She eats treats however it’s just about control… I don’t need individuals believing it’s an eating regimen. I maintain that they should believe it’s a way of life.”
