New cases of Covid-19 were detected in Greece’s artistic swimming team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics held in Japan.
According to the news of the public broadcaster NHK, based on the Organizing Committee sources, the first Covid-19 cluster case of the tournament was detected.

Covid-19 was detected in 5 people, 4 of whom were athletes, in the artistic swimming team of Greece, which took the virus test.
Team members with Covid-19 will be put into quarantine period.
The committee had previously announced that the number of people infected with the virus increased to 322 among those accredited to the Tokyo 2020 Games, which opened on July 23.
