The skater, who was trained as a medalist in Finland, failed to reach the final. Lizzie Armanto also drew attention as the only woman to succeed in a completely endless loop trick.
Finn Lizzie Armanto was not spotted at Skate Park’s Olympic final in Tokyo.
In the qualifiers, 28-year-old Armanto had the best result with 30.01 points in her last attempt. The previous two performances brought 24.26 and 22.76 points.

Armanto’s fate was determined immediately after the start of the final qualifying group, when the three riders outperformed the Finnish and American dual nationals.
The Olympic gold in the final was won by 19-year-old Japanese Sakura Yosozumi, scoring 60.09 points from her first race.
Silver only went to 12-year-old Japanese Kokona Hiraki with a score of 59.04. The bronze medalist was also the next generation of the sport – 13-year-old British Sky Brown took the medal.
Brown secured her medal only with her third run. She was visibly impressed when she realized she had won the Olympic bronze.
Brown, who scored 56.47, was born in Japan.
Japan secured a triple victory until the final round. Misugu Okamoto eventually finished fourth.
