Alienware Aurora R9 introduces a bold new design for 2019 and amazes with its stunning features.
Alienware, which managed to come out of the mouth of the players with the computers and equipment it produced, started a new production series. New Series; gaming computers consist of gaming mice, gaming keyboards and gaming monitors. Let’s take a closer look at these products.
A subsidiary of world-renowned PC manufacturer Dell, Alienware has always been an expert at finding designs that stand out and building PCs equipped to satisfy gamers. We also prepared an article about Alienware’s new products. In our article, we will also talk about gaming keyboards and gaming mice, but if you wish, let’s take a look at computers first.
Let’s start with the new Alienware Aurora R9, which will be on the agenda of 2019 with its design and hardware. First of all, we have to say that the case looks like it came from the future in terms of design. Moreover, Dell, which managed to reduce the overall temperature of the computer by 4% with this design, did not neglect to put two Nvidia RTX 2080s inside the case.
Alienware’s New Game Monster That Leaves No Money to Buy Games
Those who want to buy the computer are free to use AMD or Nvidia graphics cards if they wish. Users who have the opportunity to choose between Radeon RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT on the AMD side, will be able to put the product on their computers in the segment they want, starting from GTX 1650 to RTX 2080 Ti, if they choose Nvidia.
On the processor side, the only option is 9th Gen Intel processors. Users who want a low segment can choose between i3 quad-core processors, and users who want a medium and high segment processor can choose between i5 and i7 models. For the top segment, the i9-9900K processor is also among the options. As for RAM, it is possible to increase it from 8 GB to 64 GB. These RAMs consist of 3200 MHz models of the HyperX Fury series.
The rest of the case is also sleek, with a round aesthetic with the Alienware branding on the right and ventilation grilles on the left. The new design isn’t just for looks; Alienware says the computer was designed with better airflow in mind. The upgrade reduces temperatures by up to eight percent, according to Alienware, improving airflow efficiency with fewer obstructions than the previous design.
In the storage part, players can add an HDD with the same capacity next to a 2TB SSD if they wish. By the way, all these devices are powered by a 460 W or 850 W PSU. The important thing at this point is how much power the computer needs.
When it comes to input/output, there are four USB 3.1 ports on the front of the case, as well as a headphone jack. When we look at the back, we see 5 USB 2.0 inputs, 3 USB 3.1 inputs, 1 ethernet input, 1 DisplayPort 1.2 input. Aurora R9, which collects all these features in a single case, is a Core i5 processor, GTX 1650 graphics card, unless improvements are made. It goes on sale with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD. The price tag is 970 dollars.
Alienware revolutionizes gaming gear too
At the beginning of Alienware’s new gaming equipment is the AW610M gaming mouse with 1,000 Hz. This mouse comes in wired and wireless. If used wirelessly, it can be used for up to 350 hours on a single charge thanks to the powerful lithium-ion battery inside. Its price is 100 dollars. The cheaper AW510M, on the other hand, also has RGB lighting, but can only be used wired. Its price is 75 dollars. Both mice use PixArt sensors with 16,000 DPI.
The model seen in the image is the AW510K, and a sub-model is called the AW310K. Both keyboards have mechanical properties. The reason for the price difference between them is that the AW510K uses Cherry MX Red switches and RGB lighting. In this context, the AW510K is sold for $ 160 and the AW310K for $ 100.
Among the new monitors produced under the Alienware brand, the first to stand out was the AW5520QF, which features a 55-inch OLED display and costs US$4,000. Other monitors include the AW3420DW with a 34-inch curved IPS display and retails for $1,500. For those who want an even cheaper monitor, the 27-inch AW2720HF with a price tag of 600 dollars welcomes users with its IPS screen again.
That’s it for Alienware’s new gaming computers and gaming equipment that will mark 2019. Although there are quite expensive ones among the equipment, there are also equipment that we can call budget-friendly.
