An adjudicator sentenced an Alabama man of littering Thursday after he set a blossom box at the foot of his fiancee’s grave.
The man, Winston Hagans, had put the bloom boxes at one Hannah Ford’s grave on numerous occasions following her passing in January 2021, one month after the two got ready for marriage, as per WTVM. Judge Jim McLaughlin viewed Hagans to be blameworthy and requested him to pay a $50 littering fine as well as a $250 court charge.
Winston was first raised on charges thanks to Tom Ford, Hannah Ford’s dad, who eliminated Hagans’ bloom boxes on different events.
Passage claims his girl’s grave site at Memorial Park Cemetery in Auburn, Alabama and, as per Hagans, never endorsed their relationship.
Hagans allegedly conceded in court that he asked authorization from the city to put the blossom boxes at the grave, and he was informed it was fine inasmuch as the family endorsed.
The family didn’t support, nonetheless, and Ford eventually had him captured for littering.
Hagan faces no jail time insofar as he consents to quit putting the blossom boxes.
